Indian passport holders:Applicants can submit a personal application to the Indian Consulate to submit a power of attorney
OR
All non-Indian citizens, People OCI card holders or Indian passport holders : The Consulate General only certifies the prior certification by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by a notary and the district court, provided that they are located within the area of responsibility of the Consulate General.
To be submitted are:
- A passport photo
- Copy and original of the document to be certified
- Indian passport
- Copy of the transfer slip
- Fee: Consulate 21,00 € + IGCS 13,50 €+ 19 € = Gesamt 53,50 €
2. People of Indian origin
To obtain a power of attorney, applicants must personally file in the Indian Consulate to submit:
- A passport photo
- Copy and original of the document to be certified
- Copy of the PIO or OCI card, if the applicant can not show any of these cards, the document is first certified to a notary and then the certification by the local district court will be re-certified
- German passport in the original
- Copy of invalid Indian passport
- Copy of the transfer slip
- Fees: Consulate 19,00 € + IGCS 13,50 €+ 19 € = Gesamt 51,50 €
